We are ‘The Happy Token Company’ and you are ‘the customer’.

By using this our website you agree to these terms and conditions.

You promise all details you give us and proper and correct and we promise to provide you with what you ordered and paid for.

We only accept payments from paypal, you should have enough money to pay for your order.

You personalise your order just for you and we cant sell it to anyone else so if you change your mind we might both be out of pocket.

You place a bespoke order. It is hand-made. We do not offer next day delivery. It can take upto ten working days to complete your order Rome wasnt built in a day!

We can try to describe and illustrate our products for you but we can only do so much there will be slight variations but we try our best.

Our products are hand made and individual. You wont ever recieve identical twin products (or triplets).

If we make a mistake with your order we will refund you, if you make a mistake we will not.

We are legally covered by Copyright and Trademark (and have certificates and stuff)  which means don’t use our ideas or designs please – be original!

We are not VAT registered

We have fabulous customer service – if you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy. Pop us an email and let us sort it.
